Key duties include operating office equipment, utilizing insurance eligibility software, managing multiple tasks in stressful situations, and representing the department professionally. A strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, automated systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with general knowledge of the sleep center's practices.
