About The Position
Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible part time schedule. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, making certain accurate patient information is collected. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance, and personal patient information.
Requirements
- Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls in a clear professional manner
- Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the facility
- Provide patient with billing and payment information
- Maintains patient records according to HIPAA guidelines
