PeaceHealth is hiring a Patient Access Representative for a part-time, 0.60 FTE, variable position. The role coordinates activities among scheduling, insurance verification, and pre-certification, and serves as a clinical liaison with physician practices, interacting with pre-visit services. Patient transport using escort or wheeled transport equipment may be required. Other duties may be assigned. The position predominantly operates in an office environment and involves consistent use of a computer and other office equipment. It is sedentary work, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds and frequent or constant negligible force.
