We are seeking a Patient Access Representative, Ambulatory – Bilingual to register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population, update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances, and collect documents and payments upon arrivals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field Preferred
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Register and create walk in appointments, including with our Spanish speaking population.
• Update Patient Registration Demographics/insurances.
• Collect documents and payments upon arrivals.
