This is a full-time role, not a summer-only position. The Patient Access Representative will provide excellent customer service to patients by listening and appropriately serving them. They will contribute to an overall positive work atmosphere through actions and attitude, relay relevant information to the appropriate internal staff, and follow practice procedures for appointment entry, check-in, and/or check-out processes. The role also involves participating in office meetings and educational activities, maintaining a neat and orderly work area, and complying with HIPAA procedures. Travel to all OTX locations is required, as is cross-training in different Patient Access functions.
