About The Position

This position is responsible for all patient registration activities, including gathering and processing patient demographic and financial information, identifying payment sources, computing and collecting patient responsibilities, and completing required consent forms and other paperwork. The role provides excellent customer service to patients, peers, medical center staff, community providers, and others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service.
• With experience and on-the-job training, the incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and process patient demographic and financial information.
• Identify payment sources.
• Compute and collect patient responsibilities.
• Complete required consent forms and other paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, peers, medical center staff, community providers, and others.
