Patient Access Liaison - Access Center - Queens Medical Group

In this role, the Patient Access Liaison is responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, making appointments, and registering patients per practice guidelines. Provides constant interactions with patients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and physicians in the practice. This is a full-time Monday-Friday, (9am -5pm) day shift position. Overtime as needed. The position will be remote until further notice. Must be available for in-office meetings as needed.
Requirements
- High school Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of medical office setting and medical terminology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Call Center experience
- College Degree or 6 months of job-related experience
- Epic Experience
Responsibilities
