About The Position
Marsh, a global leader in risk, strategy, and people, is hosting an exclusive in-person event designed to provide students with a firsthand look at the dynamic risk management industry, career opportunities within Marsh, and the impact the company makes worldwide. The event aims to offer real-world insights, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning through a group case study to help attendees take the next step in their careers. Marsh operates across four businesses: Marsh Risk, Guy Carpenter, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman, providing industry-leading expertise to help clients navigate risk and seize opportunities. The company plays a critical role in advising, protecting, and guiding companies, governments, and communities through complex challenges, working with 90% of the Fortune 500.
Requirements
- Students interested in careers in consulting, risk management, or financial services.
- Students graduating between December 2026 to Spring 2028.
- Motivated to learn about Marsh’s impact and industry expertise.
- Passionate about developing group research and presentation skills.
- Eager to network with industry leaders and hiring professionals.
- Submit resume through Workday by August 9th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
- Complete a screening questionnaire via Phenom.
Responsibilities

- Work on a group case study focused on risk and consulting, gaining hands-on experience and insights into real-world challenges.
