About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Pathologist in Charleston, WV. The role involves clinical coverage only, focusing on pathology case reviews and diagnoses. The coverage period is from August 31, 2026, to November 30, 2026. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with no call responsibilities. The position handles adult patients and an average of 140 cases per day, including all types of cases, frozen specimens, and Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA).

Responsibilities
- Perform pathology case reviews and diagnoses
- Handle frozen specimens
- Perform fine needle aspirations (FNA) in collaboration with interventional radiology
- Manage a daily volume of approximately 140 cases
- Work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
