About The Position
This is a Patent Prosecution Associate role focused on AI and Software Technologies. The firm is a mid-sized GP firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. They are very active in representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. The patent prosecution practice serves cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.
Requirements
- USPTO-registered Associate attorney
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field such as Math, Physics, etc.
- Law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies
- Detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal skills
