About The Position

This is a Patent Prosecution Associate role focusing on AI and Software Technologies at a mid-sized GP firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. The firm is very active in representing patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. The role involves a busy Patent Prosecution practice with cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.

Requirements

• USPTO-registered Associate attorney
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field such as Math, Physics, etc.
• Law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies.
• Detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prosecuting patents in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies.
• Representing patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB.
• Representing complainants at the ITC.
