This is a mid-sized GP firm ranked National "Tier 1" in Patent Law. The firm is very active in representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC. They also have a busy Patent Prosecution practice with cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.
Requirements
- USPTO registered Patent Agent.
- Background in Life Sciences.
- Strong writing skills.
- Relevant patent prosecution experience related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences.
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree, preferably a PhD.
- Expertise in molecular biology.
Responsibilities
