About The Position

This role is for a highly driven and efficient Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with superior semiconductor patent application experience. The firm collaborates with a diverse range of high-tech clients in various sectors including computer hardware, software, devices, wireless communications, semiconductors, autonomous vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, e-Commerce, user interfaces, medical devices, batteries, optics, and materials science. The position offers direct client contact, a structured training and mentorship program, and a collegial environment. Compensation is based purely on productivity.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
• At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in semiconductor matters
• Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials
• Outstanding writing and verbal skills in English
• Superb Communication
• Very efficient in patent prosecution

• Superior semiconductor patent application (e.g., memory, CPU, GPU) experience
• Excellent client interface written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
