Remote Patent Attorney or Patent Agent
About The Position
This role is for a highly driven and efficient Patent Attorney or Patent Agent with superior semiconductor patent application experience (e.g., memory, CPU, GPU) and excellent client interface, written, and verbal communication skills. The firm is at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a diverse range of high-tech clients in sectors including computer hardware, software, devices, wireless communications, semiconductors, autonomous vehicles, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, e-Commerce, user interfaces, medical devices, batteries, optics, and materials science. The position offers direct client contact, a structured training and mentorship program, and a collegial environment. Compensation is based purely on productivity.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Admitted to at least one State (if attorney) and admitted to the USPTO
- At least 3+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in semiconductor matters
- Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials
- Outstanding writing and verbal skills in English
- Superb Communication
- Very efficient in patent prosecution
