Under direction of the Executive Culinary Team, the Pastry Prep Cook is responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. This role requires basic knowledge of baking and cooking techniques, following procedures and directions, assisting in baking various pastries, plating desserts, and performing pastry station service. The position also involves checking food for visual appeal, following recipes, and assisting with station breakdown and cleaning.
