Within our company, Sullivan Family Kitchen (SFK) in Waipahu is responsible for the creation of high-quality, ready-to-eat products distributed across SFOC locations statewide.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school education or equivalent, required
Previous baking experience, required
Must have Tuberculosis Clearance required or Willing to take test upon offer.
Must comply with all company policies and requirements
Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time.

Prior experience leading a team, preferred

Responsibilities

Motivating and supervising our team in preparation, production and baking of pastry items
Oversee the team by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed
Creation of prep sheets, schedules, inventory, and verification processes
Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift while working in warm or refrigerated environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Ability to use a computer to create and process prep sheets, complete recaps, and send emails.
Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
