Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Own transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US.
• Must have experience working in a kitchen or manufacturing site.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assisting pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products.
• Working in different stations such as fruit cutting, economy packing, juice, basket, assembling, and plating food.
• Performing duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complying with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Reporting problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
