Requirements

Previous experience as a pastry cook is required
Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
1-2 years: Pastry experience

Responsibilities

Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
