The Commissary Kitchen is the central culinary hub for Freehand Hospitality, supporting a dynamic portfolio of restaurants and event spaces across Queen’s Marque. From house-baked breads and fine pastries to bespoke canapés and large-scale catering, the Commissary team delivers consistency, quality, and craft at scale. In addition to preparing baked goods and desserts for all Freehand restaurants, the kitchen also collaborates closely with Freehand Catering and the team at Muir Hotel to create seamless, elevated culinary experiences for events of all kinds. We are looking for a Pastry Cook at The Commissary Kitchen who will work closely and collaborate with our amazing team and will be willing to push boundaries to keep Maurizio’s dining experience fresh and exciting.
