As a Cook, at the commissary kitchen of Fireside Catering, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients for a wide variety of menus for high end weddings in a scratch kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent knife skills, and experience in all stations of a professional kitchen (fry, saute, grill, ovens, broil). This job has flexible hours and can work well combined with other jobs. There are both full-time and part-time hours available.
