A Pastry Chef is responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings. This role involves assisting in running the pastry section, ensuring high-quality dessert offerings, bringing creativity to the pastry menu, supervising all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation, planning daily production, developing seasonal menu items, managing food cost controls to contribute to revenue, and ensuring compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
