About The Position

AMB Sports & Entertainment is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join their team. This role involves preparing and baking a wide variety of breakfast pastries, cookies, bars, and sweet treats. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for developing healthy options like gluten-free and vegan baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized pastry station. Collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house staff is essential to ensure smooth operations. Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker of 5+ years with a strong focus on breakfast pastries and baked treats.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
Creative approach with great attention to detail and presentation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of creating healthy and dietary-specific baked goods (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide assortment of breakfast pastries including croissants, muffins, scones, and danishes.
Create a variety of cookies, bars, and sweet treats that appeal to our customers.
Develop and bake healthy, wholesome options such as gluten-free, vegan, and low-sugar baked goods.
Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and attractive presentation of all baked items.
Manage inventory and order baking ingredients and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized pastry station, following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate bakery production with service demands.
