About The Position

Marbled & Fin is an elevated steakhouse experience located in downtown Savannah, GA, celebrating prime steaks, high-quality seafood, and an expansive wine and spirits list. As the second location for the celebrated Charleston concept, Marbled & Fin joins The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio. The restaurant is known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, creating a lively yet polished setting. Team members will be instrumental in launching this exciting new restaurant, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, an expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.

Requirements

• Pastry experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of traditional pastry fundamentals including lamination, sugar work, and ice cream production
• Bread baking skills: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking a variety of breads and crackers
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at multitasking
• Professionalism, leadership, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastry program with creativity, discipline, and a focus on excellence
• Collaborate on menu development with ownership and the culinary leadership team
• Manage daily bread, pastry, and dessert production with attention to quality and presentation
• Train and mentor staff in traditional and modern pastry techniques
• Maintain consistency in execution, cleanliness, and organization
• Partner with the savory team to ensure balance and cohesion across the entire menu
