Glenmere Mansion, a Relais & Chateaux Boutique Hotel, restaurant and spa located in the lower Hudson Valley of New York (Chester, NY). Join our kitchen Leadership to work alongside Executive Chef, Gunnar Thompson, the Tattinger "Grand Chef of the Year" for Relais & Chateaux worldwide. He/She will take over a fully staffed pastry department and be responsible for planning and executing dessert menus for restaurants as well as menu planning for corporate events and weddings.
