About The Position
Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature elegant desserts in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style. We are looking for a candidate with previous pastry experience, who is looking to grow their skillset. This position will be PT and assist with both prep, and during service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high volume, upscale restaurant experience
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- A love of modern food and drink
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including bending and stooping
