We are looking for a Line Cook to add to our team! This is a full-time position Tuesday through Saturday. Poulet Bleu is an American bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville that focuses on refined French dishes in an elegant setting.
Requirements
- Availability Tuesday through Saturday 2PM - close.
- Previous high volume, fine dining experience
- Love of good food and drink
- Team player, proactive, and willing to learn
