About The Position
Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature dishes in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style. We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team! Must have Sunday and Monday availability.
Requirements
- No restaurant experience required
- Availability on Sundays and Mondays
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including bending and stooping
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Dispose of trash and recycling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
