About The Position

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. This role serves as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests, working with them to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for various events including birthday parties, church events, sports groups, and corporate team building. The coordinator is also responsible for training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire birthday party department.
Serve as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests.
Design party packages including food, drinks, and attractions.
Train party staff members.
Manage birthday operations.
Ensure the party management system is followed.
Exceed guest expectations, particularly mothers.
Strive for 100% 'Guest Satisfaction'.
Represent Urban Air with fun and energy, promoting attractions and events.
Sell party packages and follow up with guests.
Work with the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
Maintain a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
Perform 'other duties as assigned', meeting needs, sharing ideas, and assisting team members.
