About The Position

The Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department. Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. They are also responsible for training party staff members and managing the birthday operations.

Requirements

Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is a must.

Responsibilities

Managing the entire birthday party department.
Serving as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air.

Training party staff members.
Managing the birthday operations.
Ensuring the party management system is being followed.
Exceeding guest expectations.
Achieving 100% 'Guest Satisfaction'.
Representing Urban Air with FUN and ENERGY.
Selling amazing party packages.
Following up with guests to ensure expectations were exceeded.
Working hand-in-hand with the rest of the Leadership Team to drive financial results.
Ensuring a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
Meeting needs, sharing ideas, and helping team members.
Performing other duties as assigned.
