About The Position

Mustang Cat, the authorized Caterpillar® dealer for Southeast Texas, is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Worker to support our growing operations in Hempstead, TX. This hands-on position plays a key role in pulling and processing orders for heavy equipment parts, supporting our technicians, service shops, and branch locations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled areas
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order systems
• Strong commitment to safe work practices

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Prior experience in heavy equipment parts, distribution, or industrial supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts orders manually and using a forklift
• Handle shipping and receiving of Caterpillar equipment parts
• Expedite orders to support urgent field service and shop repairs
• Process all orders accurately by the end of each shift
• Check in incoming parts deliveries
• Make or build hydraulic hoses as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading the shuttle truck
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
