At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts & Stockroom Worker position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating a forklift, loading and unloading parts trucks and freight deliveries, and efficiently picking, putting away, and delivering parts orders. The position also requires basic skills in shipping, receiving, and freight handling, the ability to fabricate hoses, and to accurately and efficiently inspect and process cores and warranties. A fundamental understanding of inventory control principles and the ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision are essential. The role also includes accurately completing all paperwork and required documentation, effective written and verbal communication, mechanical aptitude, intermediate computer skills (keyboarding, MS Word, Excel), and the ability to learn new software products. Problem-solving, sound decision-making, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are also key. The worker must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, perform additional tasks as directed, and work regular overtime as required. Familiarity with the product line is a plus. The role is responsible for maintaining professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision, and values of Cleveland Brothers. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
