At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts & Stockroom Worker position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating a forklift, loading and unloading parts trucks, picking and delivering parts orders, and handling shipping and receiving. The position also requires the ability to fabricate hoses, inspect and process cores and warranties, understand inventory control principles, and perform tasks with minimal supervision. Accurate completion of paperwork and documentation is essential. The candidate must possess effective communication skills, mechanical aptitude, intermediate computer skills (including MS Word and Excel), and the ability to learn new software. Problem-solving, decision-making, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are also key. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment, performing additional tasks as directed, and working regular overtime as required. Familiarity with the product line is a plus, and maintaining professional behavior consistent with the company's mission, vision, and values is expected. The role requires the ability to lift 50lbs.
