About The Position

The Stock Room Lead oversees daily stockroom operations to ensure accurate inventory and availability of spare parts for maintenance and repair. This role supports inventory control, coordinates team activities, and provides day-to-day guidance to stockroom personnel.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – read, write, and speak

Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, verifying shipments, storage, and inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate daily stockroom activities (shipping, receiving, inventory control)
  • Lead cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Monitor inventory usage and support replenishment planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Train, guide, and support team members
  • Assist with issue resolution and general stockroom operations
