About The Position

The Parts Warehouse role is responsible for processing parts orders and maintaining associated paperwork using Intermec handheld scanners. The position receives, picks, packages, and sorts orders, ensuring delivery locations are accurate. Duties also include unloading, sorting, and staging daily stock; participating in inventory counting, surplus handling, and relocations; verifying part locations and picked quantities; and researching and assembling hydraulic hoses. The role maintains safety and housekeeping areas and regularly lifts, moves, and positions equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. It also involves assisting customers with Will Call orders, picking and loading orders, processing returns, receiving orders according to priority, and following up on orders awaiting pickup.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.

Forklift experience.
