About The Position

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Worker to join its parts operations team. At the direction of the Parts Manager, the role supports clerical and warehouse activities, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment, handling parts and freight, fulfilling orders, and assisting customers. The position requires accurate documentation, effective communication, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Regular overtime is required. The role may also involve learning company software and performing additional tasks as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Intermediate computer, keyboarding, Microsoft Word, and Excel skills.
• Ability to learn new software products.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and make sound decisions.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in a business discipline or technical school education.
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical or parts environment, including the ability to quickly learn various computer systems.
• Familiarity with the product line.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide strong customer service.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
• Load and unload parts trucks and freight deliveries.
• Pick, put away, and deliver parts orders accurately and efficiently to designated shop and will-call areas.
• Perform basic shipping and receiving tasks for inbound and outbound freight.
• Fabricate hoses.
• Inspect and process cores and warranty items accurately and efficiently.
• Apply basic inventory control principles.
• Complete tasks with little or no supervision.
• Accurately complete paperwork and required documentation.
• Learn and use software products, including Warrtrack and systems for literature/media and SIB requests.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions.
• Organize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform additional tasks as directed.
• Work regular overtime as required.
