About The Position

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., the exclusive Cat® dealer serving western and central Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a motivated Parts Warehouse Worker to join its parts team. At the direction of the Parts Manager, this position performs clerical and warehouse tasks in Parts Operations, including handling parts, freight, shipping and receiving, inventory-related work, and required paperwork. The role requires safe and efficient work, strong customer service, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Regular overtime is required. Familiarity with the product line is a plus. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word, and Excel skills.
Ability to learn new software products, including Warrtrack and systems for literature/media and SIB requests.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
An appropriate combination of education, skills, and experience will be considered.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree in a business discipline or technical school education.
Strong customer-service support experience in a mechanical or parts environment.
Ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems.
Familiarity with the product line.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide strong customer service.
Safely and efficiently operate a forklift.
Load and unload parts trucks and freight deliveries.
Pick, put away, and deliver parts orders accurately and efficiently to designated shop and will-call areas.
Perform basic shipping and receiving tasks for inbound and outbound freight.
Fabricate hoses.
Inspect and process cores and warranty items accurately and efficiently.
Apply basic inventory-control principles.
Perform tasks with little or no supervision.
Complete paperwork and required documentation accurately.
Resolve problems and make sound decisions.
Handle multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Perform additional tasks as directed.
Work regular overtime as required.
