About The Position

CIT Trucks, LLC is seeking a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse staff and operations. The supervisor ensures products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time; maintains inventory accuracy; keeps equipment in good working condition; and establishes procedures that improve efficiency and productivity. The role includes training employees, supporting a safe workplace, and coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers.
• Ensure products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
