About The Position

The Parts Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving role supports shipping, receiving, parts inventory, and other parts department operations. Duties include loading and unloading deliveries, checking in and storing parts orders, maintaining bin locations, keeping the warehouse organized, and completing scheduled cycle counts. The position also involves delivering, picking up, and handling vehicle parts in surrounding areas, as well as managing vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory. The employee must be willing to work Saturdays. Employment offers are contingent on successfully passing background screening, including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of the Social Security number.

Requirements

• Ability to secure parts in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under time deadlines while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle large items with limited assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
• Successful completion of required background screening, including a criminal background check, motor vehicle records review, and Social Security number verification.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parts or delivery experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help load and unload truck deliveries.
• Check in and put away parts orders.
• Maintain proper bin locations for all parts.
• Keep the warehouse neat, tidy, and organized.
• Complete cycle counts regularly as scheduled by the Parts Manager.
• Deliver, pick up, and handle miscellaneous vehicle parts to and from surrounding areas.
• Manage vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory regularly.
• Assist with all aspects of parts department operations as requested.
