About The Position

The Parts Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving employee performs shipping, receiving, inventory, delivery, and general parts department support duties. The role includes helping load and unload truck deliveries, checking in and putting away parts orders, maintaining parts bin locations, and keeping the warehouse neat, tidy, and organized. The employee completes cycle counts as scheduled by the Parts Manager, handles vendor and warranty returns and core inventory, and delivers, picks up, and handles miscellaneous vehicle parts in surrounding areas. The employee also assists with other parts department operations as requested. Saturday work is required.

Requirements

• Ability to secure parts in a timely manner.
• Ability to work under time deadlines while maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and handle large items with limited assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening, including a criminal background check, review of motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security number.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parts or delivery experience preferred.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of parts department operations as requested.
