About The Position

This role is responsible for various duties within the Parts Warehouse, including Shipping & Receiving and Parts Inventory. The position involves assisting with truck deliveries, checking in and organizing parts orders, maintaining accurate bin locations, and ensuring the warehouse is kept neat and tidy. Regular cycle counts are required, as is the delivery and pickup of vehicle parts to surrounding areas. The role also manages vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory, and assists in other parts department operations as needed. The position requires pulling parts for will calls, deliveries, and ship-outs.

Requirements

• Ability to secure parts in a timely manner
• Work under time deadlines and maintain a friendly attitude at all times
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required
• Minimum age 18 years old
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and handle large items with limited assistance
• Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number

Nice To Haves

• Previous parts or delivery experience preferred
• Dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help load and unload truck deliveries
• Check in and put away parts orders
• Maintain proper bin locations for all parts
• Keep the warehouse neat, tidy and organized
• Complete cycle counts on a regular basis as scheduled by Parts Manager
• Delivery, pickup and handling of miscellaneous vehicle parts to/from various surrounding areas
• Manage vendor returns warranty returns and core inventory regularly
• Assist in all aspects of parts department operations as requested
• Pull parts for Will calls, delivery's and ship outs
