About The Position
Ancira Nissan is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring parts and merchandise are accurately received, inspected, stocked, organized, and distributed to support daily dealership operations. Requirements

- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials throughout the workday.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, automotive parts, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Label, stock, and organize parts inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers.
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel in locating and distributing parts.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
- Operate material handling equipment and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Follow dealership safety procedures and inventory-control processes.
