About The Position

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack truck parts for branches across its network. The role uses sit-down forklifts and order pickers to fulfill orders, sorts products transferred between branches, and works with a team to prepare pallets and shipping cages for delivery. It also involves weighing, wrapping, and loading materials onto trucks for next-day delivery, reporting quality issues to a supervisor, and helping maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well individually and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group network.
• Use sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sort products transferred between branches.
• Work as part of a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials onto trucks for next-day delivery.
• Help maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
