About The Position

Allstate Peterbilt Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its network of branches. The role involves picking, packing, sorting, and preparing truck parts for transfer and delivery, while helping maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness. The position uses sit-down forklifts and order pickers and involves building pallets and shipping cages, weighing and wrapping materials, and loading trucks for next-day delivery. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted and pass a drug test and background screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass the required drug test and background screening.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds from the ground unassisted.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well individually and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack truck parts for all branches within the Allstate Peterbilt Group network.
• Use sit-down forklifts and order pickers to pull orders.
• Accurately sort products transferred between branches.
• Work as part of a team to safely build pallets and shipping cages for delivery.
• Report quality issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Weigh, wrap, and load materials on trucks for next-day delivery.
• Help maintain warehouse accuracy, organization, and cleanliness.
