Responsibilities

Support the parts warehouse to ensure organization and optimization for selling and shipping parts.
Pull parts quickly and accurately.
Use a forklift to organize the warehouse.
Count inventory.
Process warranty claims.
Make occasional local deliveries.
Work at the parts counter when coverage is needed, taking customer orders face-to-face or over the phone.
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide recommendations.
Utilize product literature, specialized software systems, and knowledge of parts and equipment to offer solutions.
Organize inventory.
Help keep the warehouse clean and safe.
