Requirements

  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized with good time management skills.
  • Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and fulfills warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules.
  • Processes supply orders, pulls materials, and organizes orders in the delivery area.
  • Prepares invoices for parts orders.
  • Collaborates with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders.
  • Maintains high-quality standards for audits through meticulous inventory controls, including performing physical counts and reconciling stock counts with computer-generated reports.
  • Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods.
  • Restocks items as necessary.
  • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
  • Monitors and maintains inventory levels.
  • Processes purchasing orders as required.
  • Performs routine housekeeping tasks to ensure organized and neat shelves and workstations.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
  • Maintains a clean shipping supply area.
  • Complies with procedures, rules, and regulations.
