About The Position

James River Equipment is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate in Raleigh. The role supports warehouse operations by processing internal parts transfers, stocking parts, verifying incoming shipments and machine-down orders, monitoring shortages, and maintaining accurate, organized warehouse inventory. The associate is expected to work collaboratively, communicate well, and contribute to a positive work environment. The position offers an hourly rate negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly bonus.

Requirements

Attention to detail and basic math skills.
Recent computer use.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests.
Stock parts in assigned locations in a timely manner.
Verify receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments and machine-down orders.
Monitor shortages and expedite processing by reporting them to the warehouse supervisor.
Conduct daily cycle bin counts.
Keep the assigned warehouse area neat, clean, and organized.
