About The Position

VIP Automotive Group is hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Parts Warehouse Associate for its Hicksville, New York location. The role supports daily warehouse and automotive parts department operations, focusing on accurate shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and parts handling. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts shipments.
• Compare shipments to invoices and bills of lading.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and package items securely.
• Label and organize shipments accurately.
• Route incoming inventory to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Process damaged, returned, or unsold parts.
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from wholesale warehouses.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and parts department operations.
