Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency; dealership management system experience preferred.
Ability to work well with technicians, advisors, vendors, and customers.
Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help wherever needed.
A customer-focused attitude and commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Prior automotive parts department experience preferred.
Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with organizing, restocking, labeling, and maintaining accurate parts inventory.
Receive, process, and document incoming parts orders.
Help ensure parts are available when needed to minimize service delays.
Deliver parts promptly to service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale customers.
Provide courteous support regarding part availability, pricing, and order status.
Work with vendors to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and process returns or warranty-related parts.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized parts storage areas.
Follow safety procedures when handling, storing, and moving parts.
