Requirements

  • General understanding of mechanical and technical terminology, or the eagerness to learn it quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help internal and external customers succeed.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using electronic systems and tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player.
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Help internal and external customers identify, locate, and purchase the right parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and systems.
  • Receive, ship, store, and organize inventory.
  • Assist with cycle counts and flag discrepancies to help keep inventory reliable and on track.
  • Pick up and deliver parts for customers and vendors.
