About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth, a leading medium and heavy-duty truck and equipment dealer, is seeking a motivated Parts Supervisor for their Sparks, NV branch. This leadership role involves overseeing and supporting Parts Department employees, driving team success to ensure customer trucks remain in peak condition. The position requires a focus on strategic department goals while also engaging in daily activities like coaching, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental laws. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, results-driven, and committed to creating excellent member and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge and experience with truck or auto parts operations and sales.
• Prior parts department sales and/or operational leadership experience.
• Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support all Parts Department employees in the Sparks, NV branch.
• Drive the team to achieve success in ensuring customer trucks are operational.
• Focus on strategic department goals.
• Coach team members.
• Manage equipment needs.
• Ensure all safety and environmental laws are followed.
